1. I have spent plenty of time in gang in en 1 and recently in en 3 also i shifted to a gang ( Marabunta ). I am currently rank 17/20 and doing pretty well there as i mentioned earlier I've spent a lot of time in gangs in en 1 so my knowledge for gang is good and I know 98% of the rules. So now I think that I am ready to be a leader of a gang and vagos would be a perfect start for it.

2. One reason is I've seen a lots of gangs disbanding every other day at starting I didn't knew the reason anyways at that time i was new so it was a thing i never noticed but when I went deep inside it so I found that the disbands cause of warnings. I have a potential to make my gang successful without geting and warn or strike in the city not many people know me by the name but i have a strong network of experienced people who could help me in making vagos on top so here was the reason that wanna reduce that warning system and keep going on

3. After being hc in all orgs i guess I know how to run an org wether its private ( family ) or state org. I have faced many consequences and many types of peoples in my career and I managed them. I have a lot of patience which takes my personality to next level. So I could face very intense situations

1. I will introduce a training method so the guys know the basics of the server there will be two sessions one will be for ic rules and another will be for ooc rules
