In the video it shows having a person in custody and 128995 came along and passed i assume body armor to the guy in cuffs which is powergaming and UB as well then after that 128995 proceeded to do criminal acts such as trying to rob a officers shoes, whilst doing that he uncuffed the guy in cuffs with a key set which is also criminal activity this is not allowed and ruined the rp for all the agents and officers and should receive punishment for this act.​
