Evidence is not clear. I cannot even read IDs when its 1080P also, you have written ID 17908 as your friend killed but on killogs it came after he killed another one. So make another complaint with clear POV and evidence that shows who killed him.
Plus I want to add that in this case it seems he got crashed as he was just standing still and lying on the ground doing nothing.
