1. Leader of Ballas
2. The first reason why i believe i should be the leader of Ballas is that unlike most leaders i operate in the Eastern Standard Timezone which means that i can reach a whole new demographic of people, I'm also gonna have my deputies from different time zones so my gang is always gonna be active and recruiting with leaders no matter what time it is on the server.
The second reason why i wanna be leader of Ballas is because I have been leader of Marabunta before and had a very active term, i believe that if i become Ballas leader i can continue the history of dominance and power that Ballas has had with past leaders. I wanna reactivate the wave of purple that at one point covered EN1 from paleto to ghetto
The third reason i wanna be leader of ballas is because I know the people who will help me achieve the goals I plan to have during my term which are the following: 100% Turfs (Its a new turf season and I wanna assemble a really competitive team that can succeed and who dont have cheats) and 100% Sprays (The people of the gang can make lots of profit off of getting these sprays done and I think that if I set the initiative of being competitive in sprays we can reach the goal)
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
- Zero tolerance policy, if ur a bozo u will be kicked
- More store robberies and hostage situations for LEOs
- Knowledge of the rules will need to be better than "aRe YoU aLlOwEd To ShOoT iN hQ"
-Actively participating in RP scenarios without breaking rules
- Ability to speak proper english
