3. Your advice for improving the level of roleplay in the organization.
The type of players who are involved in the organization's operations and the general manager are the ones who can determine the level of the roleplay. If the discipline is taken seriously, then it can reach the next level.
If I will become the leader of this organisation, I will definitely make a change starting from changing the Rank System to organising the events that are alike there in the real Defence Forces and also I will do weekly funny events with big prizes
Some changes I want to make
1) Introduction of New Divisions like-
The Infantry: Always attempting to drive the enemy out of the base is the Infantry Division. The infantry units will protect the base's entrance gates and deal with any instances of trespassing that take place there. This would also include a GPU (Ground Patrol Unit), which is in charge of regularly dispatching its units on patrol both inside and outside the base area.
The Defense Accounts Department takes care of the bonuses and perks given to the NG personnel and everything else that is related to finance.
RR Department: Oversees all recruitment operations and new recruit training. Only a restricted group of NG soldiers with sufficient experience will be employed in this department.
Military Police: They will keep an eye on all NG personnel and will be able to punish anyone found breaking the rules and regulations established by the commanding officers.
SAS: This branch will employ pilots that can provide air support during any global events, patrol the neighborhoods surrounding NG, and assist in securing the perimeters. Overall they will keep the skyes clear
Army Medical Corps: A group of units will make up this group, and their job will be to support all the NG units' medical needs.
2) The value of the perks and bonuses will be raised since, in my opinion, they need to be drastically changed.
3) The ranks will also be reorganized, and those troops who take an active role in the events will get regular promotions.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- The National Guard is an organization that aims to resolve any problems that the city might encounter. Through this, it can help individuals develop their skills and handle situations that they would never experience otherwise.
- Aside from being highly paid, being a National Guard member also provides various perks and opportunities that are not available elsewhere in the city. Some of these include a variety of social activities, a basketball court, and even jets!
- When I play a serious role, I try to discharge my duties according to the character that I'm portraying in the city. The role of the National Guard is similar to that of an army that should be considered highly disciplined and professional.
