1. I want to be the leader of NG because I want to prove people wrong about NG and how it's one of the best organizations. I believe NG would be a perfect organization, as I worked there and noticed a lot of things that officers wanted them to change. I have lived in this city for a long time and have gained experience in nearly every organization. I thoroughly understand the rules, which are critical for keeping NG alive and well.
2. I was surrounded by some of the best leaders this city has ever seen, like Panwith Reddy, Lexo Windson, and lastly, Shabah and I have learned a lot from them. I feel that NG can genuinely be the best organization, and I want to be the one who gets the honor to do that. I will create many departments and make all of the
Departments:-
1. Air Force (AF):- Their work will be to
- Scout around for intel
- Providing Air Support for ammo runs
- Helping units with quick travel and response to Globals and locals
2. Recruitment Team(RR):-
- Hire soldiers for organization
- Give them proper training about ( Use of PDAs, How and where to place spikes, Gatekeeping duties, Uniforms, Loadout, etc. )
- Maintain discipline in the base
3. Special Forces (SASD):- This department will be trained for every type of special operation like
- The first ones to respond to global and locals
- They will be leading all types of situations like NG raids, Ghetto Patrol etc.
4. Military Police (MP):-
- Their work will be to do inspections of logs and all the NG soldiers that they have proper health checkups, Gun licenses, will be checking everyone's
car trunks and background of any criminal or illegal status.
3. When I'm the leader of the NG, I will make a system for the promotion and demotion of officers doing well. If the officer attends events and ensures that the NG Base is safe and clear of terrorists, he or she receives a promotion (double promotion) on Monday; if the officer does not attend any events, he or she receives a demotion on Monday because I will add the K9-Unit, which will increase the RP and increase the officer's enjoyment.
3. Your advice for improving the roleplay level in the organization.
1. Changing Cars
2. Make sure every single officer knows the state legislation
3. Air Force will be scouting outside the base for Example:- NG tunnel, Great Ocean Highway, Los Santos Freeway to check if there is any gang activity
4. There will be active use of radio and only important things will be transmitted through the radio
