on en3 saying retard is not an OOC insult in my whole grand rp en3 playing its not an insult i know on en1 its is on en3 it isn't so if the rules have changed make it clear for other to know because half the server say it.

also i believe this admin targets me specifically since we don't have good past i want this to be investigated.

We do not punish for the word "retard" unless it was used in a OOC way/OOC situation which you did as you were Mixing and talking oocly when you said it, "it's an English server, speak english you fucking retard"
