Life Story
Mr Valoroso came from extremely humble beginnings, grinding his way through every possible job in the city of Los Santos that did not require special education, attaining the highest possible skill level in almost every field of work available to his limited resources. One faithful day after a long arduous time at the copper mine he was in a terrible car accident his life flashed before his eyes then just as he thought all hope was gone an angelic figure brandishing an ems fanny pack uttered the magical words, "patching you up" a few seconds later he sprung back to life. He took this as a sign from above that he would pursue a career in the medical field healing the city of Los Santos. Little did he know at the time this would lead him to untold wealth and riches making him one of the wealthiest men in the city.
Career Story
After several years of training at Grove street Medical academy graduating summa cum laude, started his career at Pillbox hospital. He was dumbfounded by the skill shown by the trained doctors at this facility but being a quick learner and a person with an iron will. He quickly rose up the ranks of EMS, attaining the highest possible distinction in the neurosurgical field. Beloved by his colleagues always putting medicine/saving people above all else. One day at a family barbecue, his cousin Whitleen Valoroso who had recently been released from prison and a known gang figure in their community approached him with a proposition which would garner them both more money they they could ever dream of spending. A life of high end thievery stealing 10% of earning from various businesses across the city, Vandal would appear to the avg Joe on the street to be an exemplary citizen/doctor he's always been while extorting local businesses in an untraceable way. But with any gateway 'drug' he grew thirsty to do more illegal activities with what had now become a close nit family of thieves, they formed Punisher criminal organization and now the bug has taken hold of Mr Valoroso wanting to do evil at night while being an angel of healing during business hours.
