2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1- First of all i have many experiences in gangs before i started to play in LEOs i was in gangs and had experience to manage all gangs work and wanted to have my own gang
2- I specifically want to lead a gang because I was in gangs when I started playing Grand RP. I am so encouraged to lead my own gang. I am playing for a year in the crime organizations. I believe I am capable of leading a gang.
3- I will make Ballas the greatest gang and will raise competition. I will try to provide good quality of RP by attending all events and following rules!
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization
1- Follow RP rules no matter what happens.
2- Hire people with experience and good knowladge
3- Keep Gang active and make a competition between all orgs.
My Goals in organization:
1- %100 turf with my own turf team
2- keep doing good sprays min 6k proffit with good spray leader
3- keep my Gang active with attending all events not missing even single event
4- Make ballas on top!!
