I believe powergaming would be the case if i did not have my radio. However i was in uniform, they never told me i couldnt talk over radio and they just picked me up and pointed guns at me. So if they werent giving demands, i believe i was in my full rights to talk over radio. However moments after this one of the guys broke my radio and i did not converse using radio until i was given a new one

if you look at the POV, demands were not given until i started speaking over radio and that was the first instance of me being told to put my hands up. And as soon as i was given the demand, i stopped speaking and put my hands up.
