For starters, this is an OOC event which means they do not have to fear for their life which disqualifies the Fear RP.
The guy you are reporting assuming he did FL 144737 is muted, how did he use foreign language whilst being muted?
Also this is an OOC event which should disqualify looting in gunfight as well.
Lastly, the guy who is trying to revive his friend moves away and you could not even see if he cancelled the reviving process or not this is not included in the clip. Your vision might deceive the admins.

Shouldn't have spend so much time to open a forum about this. They are just punching you, giving you a fair chance to win the raid which you still couldn't xD
