I admit i shot into the bloods hq but at the time i didnt know he was on the edge of the zone. the guy was also baiting us as he was shooting trying to get us to shoot him. i respect the work rohit puts in making the city better but in the vid provided you can see he gave us a verbal warning and then put me in demorgan with a 7 day warning after i left the situation.

In rules does not say that if u didn't know that he is inside HQ border u can shoot him and all is fine...
