The admin which appeared at the situation did not punish for the engine blocker incident, and they did not steal it therefore no punishment this time as the admin in your POV says. Regarding the /try command, to take of your radio they can just take it as you have your hands up and guns pointed at you it would not be too hard for criminals to take off your radio RPly.​
