Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 93997 will not receive a punishment for GZ1.1 as you were not the one who was killed within GZ or got that in your POV.
However, ID 93997 will receive a punishment for RDM as he didn't gave you any demands and it was in the city.
