I worked with as an LI for like almost a month, With LI I learned how they manage events eg : talent shows, Family requirement's, posters on emails, Broadcast and Ads. So why i want to become a leader of LI because I have interest in News and Newspaper Ads, In Real life I am a Graphic Designer so I have a knowledge of posters and animated posters like {gifs}. I will make ad price to 3000 from 3500 per ad and I will do global events and Events like Talent Show, Singing competition, Dance competition and Car Show for citizens so they can experience more in this city, and I will hire experienced staff to help me in the Management of these events. As an LI Leader I will do Weekly promotions to my staff.
3. Your advises for improving RolePlay level in organisation.
I will not support any kind of favoritism with my friends or with my family members.
I will try to do as many events for citizens and for my Staff.
I will improve the way of work in LI, Like on mistakes.
I will give weekly bonuses to my staff.
