Hello, some time ago I was caught for violating 1.1 and 1.4. My main account was banned with a lot of money being fined. One of these still banned twinks (Suko Ghan, we don't know ID anymore) belonged to my older brother (33y). He would like to play grand again. Would also be willing to create a new account but can't because he had already created 2. Would it be possible to unban his account? Or reset his rockstar account so he can create a new character? We would be very grateful if he had the opportunity to be a part of Grand again.
