At the start of the situation of all this i was questioning him to find out information and he was waiting till his timer go down to leave the situation he UB because it was un human like to do that really he didnt return to the rp situation it can be considered to be 6.2 as well because he used ooc stuff to get away from the situation that was occurring ,the MG occurred when he waited down for the timer for him to leak the information and you can tell that he was waiting for the timer to go to 0.
in the footage i gave him a few fake money to compensate to the offer we made which also describes it if you need more footage of the context please tell me but i gave him the money and he scammed by saying he would give me information for an exchange and used the prison time to avoid the rp.

During these situation the rp situation was that he is a terrorist trying to kill the governor he shot at us whilst he was out the gz of capitol whilst me and the other players were in it you can tell it was 35099 by the car he used so i chased him the chase went on for 30 minutes there was a situation before we entered LS airport he rammed into me so i crash into the side of the highway which started the ramming you know it was the same person cause of the car i drove and 35099 green truck as well as the time between the videos

I continued rp and decided if were ramming i guess its okay for us to do it to each other, whilst we were about to enter the airport he non rp drives off the highway into the Ls airport which is entering gz whilst in a chase
I still continued the rp and see if he would exit out of it which he didn't in the footage you see me shooting at him which i got punished for already as well as the ramming and non rp which i found totally unfair. but he tried to refuel at the start but failed and that's when i started shooting him then he stop randomly to refuel which ruined the whole chase cause i was waiting till he runs out of gas.
and then i was having a few lag issues which lead to me ramming into him but then he circles around and called a admin called shay pluxury and he sent me to jail for all the stuff i did but not him. of course when shay arrives it just looks like i was ramming him which i was just trying to rp it.
