2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation):
I would love the opportunity to take leadership of LifeInvader for many reason. I've been apart of this organization for over 5 months now, I know the ins and outs and every little detail that there is to know. I feel very passionate when working and representing LifeInvader due to being close friends with everyone and knowing how much of a family it feels. I feel strongly about increasing the efficiency of work flow whilst maintaining minimal mistakes! This would be my first term as leader and I'm very certain it will be smooth and successful. The thing is with LifeInvader it's a news organization. I'm very aware there's multiple departments that are lacking. When I'm in charge I will ensure that the news team and events department excel and are known. The ads department won't be the only thing LI is known for.
Committed to making LifeInvader the best organization during my term. Reach it's full potential, were nearly there but not quite and I know the steps to making the experience better for everyone within the org and city!
3. Your advises for improving RolePlay level in organisation.
Accept applications from certain time zones to where Lifeinvader is constantly pushing ads out throughout the day without delay!
Improve the communication between the whole organisation and other organisations. Communication is key when it comes to running a organisation such as LifeInvader. Weekly meetings between high commands of LifeInvader and also keeping constant contact with leaders of other organisations that way LifeInvader is constantly up to date with what's going on in city.
Make improvements in the Events Department. I feel like the events department is not active at all at the moment. I will certainly be making big changes to it. Events will be frequently hosted by the department. Besides events I will also add more features to the Events Department such as organising weddings and other that way they are involved in more RolePlay.
Make imrovements in the News Department. Making artices is good but I do think that from time to time the department should make and publish vidoes of events, gang activities, changes in leadership of other organistaions, and also funny compilations for people to have a laugh at.
I will host different kinds of events every week with prize pools (coming out of my pocket) for our hard working employees. Everyone deserves to have some fun from time to time.
