you can see that ID 92621 was stalling and didn't want to get robbed by not putting his hands up , we all know that he know how to put it even that we told him how by saying " FLEX YOUR G MUSCLE SPECIAL ONE " even after that he still asking how and not doing it , its clearly stalling + fail-rp that he was not complying .

We left and didn't rob him for this reason cuz we had event and he was stalling for a long time .
