I was about to do the 21:40 family event and I was punished by rule 1.17 of the event rules because of this pov

the rule says: It is forbidden to use personal cars in events where you are acting as a gangmember. (You have to use only org cars)

this rule was never applied for the clandestine event because all members of all gangs have to rent cars or bring their cars to the event
if so all org members everyday will be punished for renting cars at the hospital or taking their cars to go to the event

Personal Vehicle is not allowed, a Rented Vehicle is fine
That is the Difference between it, if you Rent a Car and Come back from MD its Completely Fine for Cland, but if you Fully Show up with a Personal Vehicle, it is Forbidden.
