Rejected un necessary 3 hour jail time

i got in jail for 3 hours because a gang were pointing guns at me but the game voice chat wasnt working so i couldnt hear what they were saying nor can they hear me

technically i got in jail for no reason please get me out of jail or reduce my sentence to a lower time because genuinely i dont deserve this
