We were on Doc highway looking for hostage we see fib car come round I chase it from behind while the other wait up in front as you can see the Fib car goes around 3 gang cars with me still following it and with the more than req people to pull it over after it goes round the cars the goes into...

I was driving the electric car I am not sure what the car is called

I was going down slowly and I did not do any jumps, then sped up which is okay because the road is flat.
I don't understand the system of non-rp driving is, since when I was as NG we reported people for driving Lambos and Mclarens on hills and it counted as rp somehow
anyways, I wasn't going 400 or anything down the hill and neither did I do any jumps

Not to forget that the FIB car also was doing non rp driving (

at 1:25 he went straight Off-roading
then after it was speeding in the little area of the parking (going 100km/h in a parking isn't rp driving either)
then because of his speed he hit the DOC fence

note: I'm already out of DOC but I don't want punishment on my record
