Hello dear admin team,

First of all I didn't do this on purpose, I was of course aware of these rules. we paid 10% tax on both purchases i gave him $250k back out of kindness of course
I wanted to sell someone one of my 2 apartments, he wanted to give me grandcoins in return I sold him the apartment for 250k because you have to enter at least 50% of the price.
when i sold him the house he wanted to give me the grandcoins, but it didn't work, we thought that you have to be near a bank so we went there when he contacted an admin the matter was clarified that he had 15 grandcoins needs to sell 10 so i can get 5, but since he only had 11 he said he would give me the house back there he also paid 10% taxes i gave him back 250k$ out of kindness of course.
we each paid 10% tax on the sale.

I think otherwise it would have been the rules 1.3 Any fraud against players is prohibited | PERMANENT BAN and we do not compensate lost money.
so idk i was just so good hearted and gave him the money back, now i also realise that good heartedness sometimes leads to bad mistakes
