This guy was powergaming me and sorta fail rp, i got no demands to leave the area but instead he told me to step out and he wanted to arrest me

The main reason why u got arrested is failing to comply Im the guy who arrested you, I actually asked you to step out of the vehicle in order for me to escort you out, I counted to 5 before I procceded the taze, I cannot see any powergaming in that to be honest everything was made by the book. You were actually trespassing a state facility and failing to comply with a vehicle, It might be dangerous for DOC guards and possible suspects being proccessed at that moment in DOC driving your car like that.

I was the officer with him and I do not see any if this as rule breaking I can hear him give demands and the handcuff was lagged on both screens so you couldn't really see him handcuffed and he simply tazed him again to give me a chance to cuff him which he did not relise I did this was just a simple mistake. And he did not fail rp , in my opinion the person that made this forum fail rp more by speaking and laughing while being tazed.

He didnt give u a chance to cuff me when i was already cuffed then he uncuffed me and I ran. He didnt tell me to leave only to step out of the car but he cant do that cause he didnt give me an IC reason to, cause he never told me to leave or get out of the area.

The fact that I told you to step out of the vehicle so we can actually escort you out explains everything. But you keep ignoring it.

I actually tried to RP it the most way known to me possible, you were arrested at first and wearing the jumpsuit thats why I thought its actually RP-valid, its not like I put you in solutary while cuffing you outside, that would be a huge powergaming. In addition there is alot of organisation-related things that can be considered as powergaming but we just took it as a normal thing that we do usually, like when the EMS give you medical help while you standing or when they give you adrenaline shots, It does not show the animation. Or when you actually place a barricade as a LEO you just spawn the barricade in the road thats also can be considered powergaming.

first off there is an animation for placing barricades, also in jepe's bodycam you were not audible which would give him a reason but on the other half i would advise jepe to go to a lawyer as this is most probably an IC issue
