ID 20204 was in GOV Garage Robbing my Car , All area In And Outside Capital Building is Considered as Green Zone . And even after Giving him Warning , he Robbed my Car so I Hand cuffed him . As soon as I tried Calling my People down , he Poofed which comes In COMBAT LOGGING .
This Guy is then called out by me for Robbing in Green Zone & Combat Logging .
