2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1st Reason:
I have been in LSPD for over 6 months as Commander of SWAT/HR and then pursued my career in FIB as a Senior Special Agent, I have closely monitored and learnt the techniques, from the way they deal on high rise situation. I further feel LSPD has been the most underrated Organization in Los Santos, and It deserves a lot more than expected. As a ex-LSPD High Command I would work my way out and make the Organization one of the Greatest Org of all times.
2nd Reason:
During my career I had seen many newly joined cadets feeling pressure over the High Command for not meeting to their demands, I as a Leader will help teach them the correct way of conduct and work and Would work with them in making Los Santos a safer place.
3. What I will follow to make the Team better?
>> I will focus more on the FTO and IA. As their part is the most Vital. I will make a open one-on-one proctored examination system so that people to go flexible on Rules. I will be a mentor more than a Leader. I will make a organized team of IA to resolve any Issues within the org.
>> I will bring a new scheme of Training were SWAT and detectives must have a good aim and sharp reflex as they encounter with dangerous situations. I will personally test them by taking them to shooting range and test their skills. I will always make them the first priority during Hostage situations and heavy Banditry Moments. And make sure they are always equipped with enough ammo when on duty.
>> I will Take STRICT ACTION on those who think of destroying the org by breaking Rules. I will speak with DOJ (if permitted) and the Officer who have any intension to destroy Org will be Arrested and face charges including Heavy fines. This will put fear in those faces who tries to break down.
>> I will make use of all the resource like Cars, bike and insurgents and make a complete RP situation. This will be made only during necessary times like events and I will give even the Low ranks to drive Insurgent, Raid Truck, Chopper, etc. under HC supervision to get experience during respective Events. This will encourage the new officers to learn on how things work.
>> I will listen to everyone's point of View and while taking major decisions I will respect everyone's Ideas.
>> I feel LSPD has a broken friendship towards other Orgs. I will ensure all the other Orgs are given equal respect and no LSPD officer shall disrespect other LEOs. The entire State Team must work and any Individual who misuses the Department Radio from LSPD will be seriously punished.
>> Warcry:
This, I inspired from SAHP leaders as very often if we loose or win. I will expect officer to shout the War cry "LSPD on Top!!!". So that they are loyal to their org.

What I feel are the Demerits if I lead the Org:
>> I'm a cold Person. I cant take corruption or any kinds of un-professionalism .I will take sever action on such people and I will never show sympathy on them.
>> LSPD maybe a organization, but I see it like a family. I will be kind to those who follow rules. And I'm sorry I will support them.
Suggestions To Improve the RP.
>> I will suggest the interaction is less with the public and the cops. I will suggest a proper roleplay situations from treating a HC till making a convoy. There must be a code of respect among all.
