2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Firsly i wanna be the leader of Los Santos Police Department becuase i have a lot of experience in legal orgs. I have been a COS at FIB, executive assistant cheif LSPD, and deputy cheif at EN2. I have also became leader in another city and thus I know how to handle out org without getting warns.
Secondly i can take my previous experince in this leadership and have a sufficient knowledge of rules to become a Leader. I ooc life also i am a captain of my football team from which i have learnt leadership skills as it is very important that how you lead your other officers.
Lastly, I feel i want the leadership of LSPD to show other leaders to how to lead the organization. I wanna show them that LSPD can be the most active org in the city. I know i have the potential to lead it and I will also make sure there is very less gang activity in city.
If I can just help people continue there journey of being law enforcement officers that is a success for me. I want to keep people safe from joining gangs and continue to enforce the good upstanding values of the city and make sure that we are protecting the citizens as best as we can.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Mostly i have been a part of night shift and have experinced that there are many less officers at that time. In my leadership i will make sure there is more numbers of people patrolling the city and only 2 standing at hqs for any help of citizens.
The main work of LSPD is to patroll in the city, give fines for wrongly parked vechiles, illegally parked vechiles and reduce the crime in city. Therefore i will payout more bonus to the Parking Enforcement deparment so that they always be motivated for towing and patrolling.
I will be taking out tests every week to keep the knowledge updated for my officers and anyone who fails it will be given training again. This will be handled out by IA Department.
I would make a strike system for commanders of every department so that they do their work with responsibility.
I would hire 2 deputy cheifs for my org, one who will lead in the morning and one who will lead in the night in my absence.
