the person insulted me in public chat.

General Rule 3.1 Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited

Any insults in FL in a public area or public chat is considered as OOC insult.

this guys only got silence but in another forum where i said "hi dog" i got ban 7 days (forum link). i dont think it is fair, their punishment should be 7 days.
