Why do you want to be the Leader of this Organization.
Lets be honest , who doesn't like ghetto clapping? Everyone likes going around robbing and killing people. And I want to take that to another level with my past experiences with gangs I have been in every gang and have been HC in Vagos , Marabunta and Bloods. I have great experience with Spraying and Turfing. We will have logs for spraying and turfing. Not filling logs will get you a last warning. If you repeat it again then you will get a demotion. And hey gangs have many complaints about each other but we will not take it too far with the complaints like dissing each other but we won't leave them unpunished too. Clands a thing that is debatable upon to like or dislike. In clands majority of numbers will stay there fighting while 3 members will go pick up people from the hospital and bring them back to cland. Cland is a thing where people come rocked and loaded. We will keep the Warehouse closed for the day and only open it for events. Don't want anyone stealing all that good stuff we got in there. By my experience of being HC in Bunta. It's a great and active organization every Leader makes it really active. In the current leader's term i've got robbed by bunta atleast 6 times. I loved their activity and want to bring that back again.
Your advice on improving roleplay.
Im the kind of a guy who goes real crazy with roleplaying. We have to be professional when we roleplay. So we will do 3 Gun store and normal store and we will do 2 FZ per week and we will go really far with robbing we will take a whole team of 6 people to rob on the highway or even in ghetto. I will solve every doubt of my members from email or IC i want my members to have the best experience ever. I don't really care about myself. I run out of money ammo or anything i don't care i'll get it back somehow but if my members have problems ill be the first one coming to help them. Roleplay is a term that everyone can define. Acting as a character. But not everyone can do the right Roleplay in eight situations.

Goals for Bunta.
Always have someone spraying and turfing.
Always have max numbers.
Stay active event wise.
Make sure all members know rules.
Be sure that there are no rule violations at
all times.
Requirements and interview questions.
1- How many people and how many cars you need to rob someone? (They must be aware of the new rule with 2 cars and 4 members)
2- Where can you rob people?
3- If you rob someone, what items can you take from them?
4- If you are being chased can you go back to HQ or to greenzone?
5- Can you enter another gang's HQ without permission from the Leader/Deputy?
6- Can you shoot people inside HQ?
7- Can you search/rob/revive someone with your gun out?
8- If you died can you go back to the same place?
9- What cars do you need to use for gang events, can you use a personal?
10- At a gunstore robbery, can you be on the roof?
11- At a FZ raid, can you be on the roof?
12- What do you do when a police officer shoots you from outside the zone at a gunstore robbery? Can you shoot back?
13- Define (Power Gaming) with an example
14- Define (Fear RP) with an example
15- Define (Meta Gaming) with an example
They **MUST** be:
- 10 Years in city
- Level 3 backpack or Max Quality backpack
- Must get all of the questions right, if not tell them to come back in the next 24 hours with the rules revised.
- If they passed tell them to wear a blue T-shirt/shirt and blue shorts/pants.
