1. I want to be the Leader of this Organization because when i was in NG in the past the Leaders were kind of reckless with some small things. And those small things are things that actually matter. I notice every single small detail in everything. I will make sure that nothing goes un-noticed.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?
2. I have many plans about NG and i just want the best for my organization. I've been in NG for over 5 terms , i am an experienced man and knows all the basic and hard rules.
How will you manage your Departments?
3. SASD: First responders. Will go to globals , and many more events. Will be active all the time for events etc.
Airforce: Pick up , drop off for NG and other organizations. All the AirSpace will be in their hands.
CRM: 2 CRM Units should be there anytime , CRM will be first responders to give medical attention.
RR: Promotions should only be given by RR , interviews , recruitments , applications , hiring. All in their hands.
MP: Will do all kinds of checks on a daily basis routine. Give out strikes etc.
How do you want the ranking system to be?

How will you Improve RP?
5. I will make sure we are active and managing our departments well on a daily basis. Make sure there are no rule violations at all times.
How will you manage activity?
Every member will have to give in time. If they don't the org will become dead with no activity. I want our org to have max activity possible. I don't want reckless people joining and not doing any activity at all.
How will you choose your Deputies?
6. I would choose those people who have experience and the dedication to handle an organization , they should be from different time zones so they can handle events and HC situations more often if i'm not avilable at that point of time.
How will you handle ammo runs?
7. Again one more point from the last question. HC's will be from different time zones to manage ammo runs. We don't want any complaints regarding anything especially ammo runs as they are our main work.
Note on new members.
New members should be given all the attention. They should be trained by the best RR that we have. They are the future of NG and i don't want that my term ruins anything for our future generals.
