Rejected Potential RDM?

Ight didnt manage to get footage before it happened but before they started hitting me, they were driving on wrong side of road and smashed into my car, both our cars engines switched off, managed to switch mine back on first and drove over to them mainly to tell them to keep to their side of the road then drive off, however as you can see in the footage I was unable to do so.

Now i'm not sure if this is breaking some kind of rule so my apologies if not
