hello hope you're fine so i got ban for 1,1 rule i have 1 account in en 1 played there for almost 5 months still playing so i got bored there and wanted to create another account in en 2 played here for almost 1 month today i got ban for 1,1 rule and i didnt share my account with anyone and will never do i didnt even signed in my account in other compute im myself using bioth accounts can u please look into this matter thanks.
