1.5 It is forbidden to enter event area before the event starts.

There is already 3 people in the zone from the pov, let alone the other 7 + when we peak.
There is no IDs cause I was not risking breaking a rule to get a few IDs. This is rulebreak from multiple members of a gang.

I might check but probably not, I save last 10 minutes of each cland for other purposes but not where people at at start. I don't think you got proof about them either. Only two.
