2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

~ I have served in the National Guard for about 2 year and 3 months or more , under various Generals where I held a good commanding position just high command. This has allowed me to properly comprehend how the organization functions, as an elite and professional legal organization. With this knowledge I took into growing myself as a person and learnt to adapt within the organisation as well different departments within the organisation as where I even got a chance to become HOD of all Divisons within the National Guard expect Military Police.

~ I believe I have the necessary skills and knowledge about this particular organization that would allow me to lead it flawlessly. I would also like to bring the leaders of other orgs together; allowing us all to work in a respectful, strong environment, against the criminals in the city.

~ With my experience and as an ex-
Recruitment Leader(server 1 ,server 2 and server 3) for both NG and NAVY SEALS, SASD (server 3), Combat medics (server 2). I've trained a lot of units when they came to the organization. They became high commands later in NG (current leader Max Bolo for NG) and also successful in other organizations. Even some of them became experienced admins and curators in the city as well and sever 1. So I know exactly how to deal with new people in National Gaurd army. I know their needs and what they are capable of. What responsibilities to give them and targets needed from them to achieve so that we can come out with professional units that can make NG better than it is already.


3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.

~ Number one
To improve the level and criteria of RP within the organization is to implement a more strict, thorough, and rule-based training phase that would bring forth soldiers that excel and respect Roleplaying scenarios. With this consistent soldiers will excel in any scenario they get placed in.

~ Number Two
Departments one of the most I will be focused on as they are an important aspect in the oragansation, which will enhance Soldiars RolePlay experience, build a soldiers characteristic and keep the organisation flowing smoothly

~ Number three.
Another important aspect in an organisation is Chain of Command as this has caused conflict which caused members of the organisation to leave so wah soldiers implemented a rank to their experience and this a preview of the ranks.

IMPORTANT DIVISONS!!

Receruitment Representative (HR)
Responsibility in this department is very important as it is the back bone of any organisation, without this department no organisation can function properly. How can I improve it well…. I will prioritize consistent payroll practices but with that comes with hard work, how well….The most effective RR departments understand the role that employee development which means patience and awareness. They will mainly focus on making sure Soldiers are following the Code of Procedures Sanctioned by the Government , enforcing the most up to date State Laws, doing bodycam inspections as deemed fit taking in and handing External affairs that other orgs or the citizens of LS has with my soldiers. With this good system of work comes with less conflict as soldiers will be deemed for their promotions they have worked for.

SEALS
This Division is basically responsible for protecting the City from weapons of mass destruction and any acts of terrorism as well as counterterrorism act. This will improve consistency, awareness as well as adapt within the organisation quickly.

Military Police
This Division is basically responsible is to make sure all National Guard personal are insured with health insurance , license check and any conflict which soldiers have against each other. MP will also be checking logs both IC and OOC(discord) as well as vehicles to insure that no National Guard personnel is not stealing from the organisation.


I do have an additional note to add
I do know my punishment history is heavy how ever please don’t let that hold back one of the people who can bring hope and activity to this organisation.

Remember when this guy trained me when i first joined NG.. And can say with no doubt he would make EN3 better as a Leader of any Org.
