The screenshot is all I have, as I was off duty and didn't have my bodycam on. I was running towards parking from the Capitol to get my car when these 2 first hit me with a car, then stepped out and shot me dead on the spot. No demands, no nothing.

They were also reported in this thread, with a valid bodycam this time. I am not an administrator, but as the RDM rule was broken at least twice, and the punishment for RDM is a warn, it would be fair to ban them.
