I was searching criminals, and I got one near EMS.
I check his background, He was in Bloods gang. So I am sure that he will be the person wearing Red color clothes.
When I reach EMS, I saw one guy in red clothes, I ask him for his passport multiple times, But then he run away and closes his game application while jumping off bridge.
Combat logging can be seen.

I want to ask question too. If anyone jump off bridge like this, It will be consider as Fear RP too or not. As there are chances of death in jumping from bridge.
I don't want to mention Fear RP, Charges only for Combat logging.
