2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I would like to be the leader of EMS as I have been deputy under Manc Matty which is where i realised the how vital EMS is to the city and the potential that can be unlocked via EMS, During my time as a EMS employee I have saw the challenges people have faced and can learn from them which would help me to improve if I got leader.
- I have saw some problems with the more legal side of EMS such as the official charter which i would look into changing, I have been a deputy many times and a leader once in EN2 so in regards to rules and how to approach different situation I'm skilled on and have experience.
- I have 2 GREAT deputy's lined up who have taught me everything I know in EMS and i have full faith and trust in them knowing that EMS would be in great hands while i would not be in city ( Manc Matty & Odai Steel )
3. Your advice for improving Roleplay level in the organization.
- I would define each division as of right now it seems everyone is doing everything, I would change this and make sure everyone is educated on what each division does so they can choose and be dedicated to that division and I believe this would make EMS more professional and would make everything run smoother
- I will arrange more events for EMS and encourage them to socialize with other orgs, Something we implemented in En2 instead of normal promotion ceremony's I will arrange different things each weeks working with other orgs such as a parade because EMS is the backbone to the city but they don't get the recognition they deserve.
- I will be very active in term sure recruitments and make sure the FTO and EA teams is the best they can be, Specifically in the night shift from 23;00 - 4;00 As in many circumstances the HC such as chief and deputy's are on lobbies
