I got a call from FIB agents, about a guy wearing balaklava.
I go there and see him wearing the same but was in very good clothing. I first thought he may be an officer like I saw governor wearing very good outfit with balaklava. So I checked him on PDA.
I find him a gang member so I come out and ask for his passport. He was leaving so I put all my guns in bag and put him in cuffs, but same time he goes inside garage.
