Upon reviewing the evidence, I decided to Reject this report.
For State Rule 1.8 - Yes, the laws has to be followed by the Orgs. You can still do futher proceedings as per Law.
For State Rule 2.5 - I dont see any Deny in the provided evidence. (If it got broke ICly, it has to be handled ICly).
For State Rule 5.6 - This will apply if the request is from Administration.​

First of all This is totally a ic situation as the guy never got arrested and here's the proof of his bgc, idk what was the need to bring this situation ooc when it can be handled icly And secondly if he was arrested for no reason, the pov was supposed to be requested by the person who got arrested.

The reason why he wasn't arrested was because he got let go due to evidence not being provided and if the lawyer wasn't called he would have been arrested also. Also you say the pov was spoused to be requested by the person who got arrested, well I was involved in the siutation and I was never provided bodycam or even proof of bodycam. Also the agent is a decently high rank and just not a new person who joined FIB so, he should know the rules.

Well I was also requesting for proof of bodycam where he never gave which is against rules of state 2.5, I keep asking for proof of bodycam which he never gave. If a lawyer didn't show up then the person would have been arrested. Either way he still should have bodycam and also it is past the time since admin requested it.

I mean he didn't have a bodycam and you kept pushing him he said he got into a car crash, how would he show you? Maybe play IC and also harry he doesn't have a bodycam that's why he was saying he got into a car crash also, either way, he shouldn't get banned because he wasn't on any type of event. and I don't think there is any OOC rule break here.

He would Have to have a bodycam if there was some type of event but there wasn't so he wasn't obligated to have bodycam OOC , but in IC he should've and you should've do the report IC aswell but you brought it in OOC for no reason .

Was this guy not seized off the street and brought to the DOC for pending litigation? He has the right to ask for bodycam even if the guy was never arrested.
