Rejected gangs breaking the rules

i went to the trade market with my car at night and put my car in the green zone as seen in the video.When i returned to the place where i left my car after visiting the trade market.My car wasn't in place.When i got home i saw that my car wasn't there either.So gangsters stole my car pushing it out of the green zone.But i don't know the id of the gangster who stole it.But the nickname of the gangster who stole my car appears in the video i think.
