2-Handcuffed me from the front this POWER GAMİNG.
3-It should have written /me connects to the lspd database with pda before opening pda. This is FAİL RP.
4-If you look at 0:34 seconds, nothing is written when connecting to the pda

2-Handcuffed me from the front this POWER GAMİNG. - Irl you are facing an officer do you think he will go behind you, no he will force you to turn using force.

ID 83907 will receive punishment for PG. (Cuffing without asking to take out the guitar in hand)
ID 64188 will receive punishment for MG.(As ID 64188 failed to provide the POV when he has connected the PDA with RP commands)​
