first of all this person i issue his car a fine because he don't have License plate and when he see the fine he start to provoking me and say bad words to me and as a SAHP i can arrest him because of this insulting and when i asked him to get out the vehicle he didn't, and then he get out the vehicle and he logged out or maybe he make F1 and change his respawn place i donk know !
