All in pov. Can clearly see he was following me right out of the GZ then when I gave him RP demands to leave the area after he is clearly out of the GZ and just before I was able to shoot him for not complying with the demand he re-entered the GZ to avoid taking damage

If someone breaks the rule that doesn't mean you will also break the rule you should have posted a forum on him rather than shooting in gz from outside
