I want to make a complaint against this person for Bug Abuse of stealing a vehicle in GZ.
You can see there are multiple approved forums available that he is stealing vehicles in GZ.
E.G
He is using the same trick i.e car ram and then steal the vehicle so he knows that its bug in the system.
He is making money out of it and people like me who did nothing have to pay fines for their mistakes.
He already knows that he will only get a warning that's it. so he is doing the same mistakes again and again.
This is not what we call RP. I really demand to take strict action against this.

as you can see in the video they stole my car from GREENZONE after they ram it outside GREENZONE, if i can request POV from player ID:2256 to see the other player id.
