As you can see he told me that it takes 72 hours to take the interview , after that he suddenly start mixing aobut IRL and giving me information about players (IRL) that i dont need (doxing maybe). And when i asked how is that related , he just insulted me with " if you are intelligent enough you could understand"

i understand all of that , i report him for mixing , u can read the title , there is no doxing there . If he wanted to help and be kind , he shouldnt be rude , and i will never report him for that . Because i took it as OOC insult as he start talking OOC (and by the way , we used to be friends , idk why he spoke with me like that , thats another thing that makes me mad) .

This guy shows up in PH lobby after applying 3 hours in EMS because he did not get reply and demands for interview to Jonathan Blu, he mentions Ron Abruzzi as his friend to him. I am covering SH lobby that time as no other employees available and I am working since tsunami. Jonathan reached out to me, and I tell him that I am in a lobby and cannot do interviews at this time. But Morgan kept on using my name that we are friends (we just worked for a few days in USSS). I ask Jonathan to send him over to SH as I cannot leave the lobby to take interview.
I search his name in discord but could not find that it was approved. So once he arrives I give him the information as you all heard, as he kept on insisting why does he have to wait so long and he was being impatient and harassing me for interview while I was doing duty. I gave the information as he failed to understand that he needs to be patient and wait like all the other applicants.

If you apply for a job IRL can you go and demand the organisation for an interview even when you have not been called for the interview. I dont understand why his character calls this as an OOC insult. Furthermore he should be punished for Harrasing EMS employee on duty and doing Fail RP.

Ok now SKYE and Blu are IC mother daughter as well as IRL , i never revealed their IRL name or anything, so how is it doxing.

I didn't insist , Jonathan Blu said i can't do it right now so i will ask Ron about that, and he asked for my passport , then he said go to him in Sandy shores. So its not Harrasing EMS employee on duty . I was polite when i asked (ICly) about the reason of waiting 72h , you could just tell me that the chief and deputy has a lot of paper work and that takes a lot time . but instead of that , you enter into OOC that not related to that situation.
You don't understand why my character calls this as an OOC insult ? because what you expect from someone who started OOC conversation and then tells you ' if you are intelligent enough , you could understand that' , even if you said that ICly , you don't deserve to be a doctor , medicine is a noble profession . Go read some medical ethics Mr. Deputy Chief.

yes you came to me also and ooc speaking all the irl stuff comes first for everyone ron abruzzi deputy chief of EMS have to explain you about the hard work done by the chief of EMS blu blu and she in irl have to handle her family also that's why looking for applications need to take some time, in EMS you wont get an open recruitment you need to wait for your application to get accepted before you give the interview and also there is no time limit for the application to get accepted it can be in 30hrs 40hrs or 72hrs as ron said as a deputy chief he's been working the whole day long till the server reset time and i agree for the ooc speaking thing but if he said as friendly that you have the knowledge to understand that's the meaning of doing ooc work first and then comes ic works adn also asking for fast recruitment as you asked me also in ph that you have a lot of experience in other orgs its doesn't matter as you are joining a new org you need to start the rp from the starting from filling the application, getting accepted and giving the interview you need not to run to peoples and say to check your applications ,you need to wait for it and not create panic between EMS employes

I was playing it RP bro , i totally understand even it takes 1 month (OOC) , but as i said, i was asking him ICly , because the character ' Morgan Pirazov' never joined EMS before in this city exactly , but he joined other orgs (without waiting 72h) , so he DON'T know what's going on here and its new thing for him . You don't need to explain more Mickey cause we already understood each other, if you wanna help him , teach him how to not be rude with people .

Yeah keep Saying my character does not understand and keep insisting while its a whole situation , every EMS employee sending me to other one. I dont know why you telling that im searching for shortcut , i didnt even ask a favor for that or something . Even you can see in 0:58 ,you clarify the situation how it works , i said okay and im about to leave . But you didnt stop explaining cause you think im not intelligent enough so you used the OOC way to explain more.
If you don't feel that Ron was rude to me then its because rude people don't notice the rude part in their selves . How my character was rude and HAS no respect toward Ron IC or OOC ? did you watch the POV ?

Please let me clarify Jonathan sent you to me thinking your application is already approved and he does not have permission to take interview, as Morgan told Jonathan you were waiting for interview he sent you to Ron. I request you to stop insulting me and my IC character.
I am no forum warrior, I am in the server to enjoy the game and the RP , request admins or curators to resolve this, If Ron is wrong pls go ahead and punish him. But no more insults pls
