I went to a weapon factory event and I got killed over there and spawned at ph as this is an ooc event so (event rule 1.2) is applied here as I just came out from the hospital and this guys started arresting me without any ic reason and he asked me to show me the passport here he broke rule for state 5.2 also didnt heard that he was asking passport because I was busy talking about that ooc event on discord that how I got killed, and id 15056 broke general rule 6.15 , Certain actions should be taken on these SAHP guys
