Firstly I want to become FIB Leader, When I started my career as Leo’s I started at LSPD and once I heard about FIB I immediately put a heavy interested on this organization, ever since I started my career at FIB, I’ve learn ways to make my way up and also when I first started as a junior agent it was very tedious, to grind the desire rank but it was all worth a shot. During the full year I’ve gained so many experiences throughout the term I’ve had with FIB!
My Experiences with FIB during Davis Lawley term I started to take FIB career and has taught me a lot of ways to become a future leader, and he has taught me many ways to run an organization, during that term it lasted 1 month with full experience of being an FIB.
Secondly, after Davis term, Hov Cartier term I started as 00 agent after 2 full terms. I achieved the rank I desired when I first started my career during FIB, I’ve always been wanting to be 00 since I started. I also took some responsibilities working with Spec ops and SAU during that term and taking some leads during that term, I’ve also work closely with undercover department, to learn new tactics how to gather proper evidence and case filing, when Omer become deputy director during Hov Cartier Term he showed me a how to run and proper lead the organization.
Omer Hills term I’ve started as Chief of Staff during his very successful I’ve work closely with all the department, and also I also took a big responsibility during his successful term, I showed various reason to Omer that I wanna take the next step as being director, I’ve shown Omer hill what I was capable of and for the past few terms I’ve work with agents and those agents work very hard. Secondly During Omer term I’ve shown a heavy leadership skills towards Omer, and deputy director. Also Omer has taught me a lot of responsibilities during his successful term and he gave me a chance to prove myself to the agent I’ve worked with with my leadership skills. During his successful term, I managed to maintain a energy to run Omer term very smoothly and as Omer I promised him to help and prove my self, I also gave him a notice that one day I wanna run FIB Director, He helped me alot during my journey and also thought me a lot of new experiences conquering the Director Position.
I was in FIB for a full year. I took a break for a few months but during my time in GrandRP I never switched with other organizations. I've noticed variations in how leaders run and how they cooperate with their agents and it took a lot of learning to curb. During the full year I managed to become the rank I desired. This one full year being loyal from this organization, has taught me a lot of new experiences with FIB as an Organization.
How to improve RP
My Advice for improving Roleplay I wanna work closely with Human Resources Department to ensure everything is running smoothly because that's the most important department I believe with HR You can manage a proper RP by giving them ranks and Assigning them tasks with 0 Toxicity in my term If there is any toxic behavior in my term they will be terminated.

Making sure we have agents at every time zone, and making sure that, all agents must attend global situation and as for local situation

Making sure we have agents for every organization's events such as Transport protection, Informant, Bank protection, AirCraft Carrier, and Submarines Event. I also want to set a new record on completing 25 Crime Families and Gangs Raids.
Making sure Ghetto Patrol and Black Market Raids are happening, Patrolling the city, Also making sure that agents are having activity around the city If they are in the Under-Cover Department, they need to complete a bust and also gather evidence from gangs and crime families which will improve the RP.
Having a Promotion Ceremony Every week to ensure every agent's hard work gets noticed every promotion ceremony, Also Attending all the Global Events to ensure there is RP every single day and also attending FZ Raid, as well as helping other organizations with their needs example encashment, and helping other organization with their own ghetto patrol to ensure every organization will be the same page!
