Backstory:
Our story begins in Hammersmith, London. 35 years ago, our leader is 18 years old and pulls off his first robbery. Wanting to aim big the target was a city bank. Very quick he learnt that bank robberies create a lot of unwanted attention. No where in London was safe.
However being 18 with enough money to last a lifetime is not a dream you let go of easily. With amazing levels of ability and intelligence he and the money were in a container on a shipping boat to Netherlands within 4 hours.
Stranded in a shipping port in a foreign country with a container full of cash making friends quickly was important. Quick thinking and lucky situations helped form the first leg out of the Netherlands and the first family members.
The journey to this city was long and in all took 5 years. Along the journey people have been called upon to help and ended up staying now we are settled within the city with the majority of the cash remaining and cleaned. We understand the need for crime in order to rise to the position you need for yourself, we also understand the chaos crime brings. Our separate sections help you walk the right path. While all good business starts with crime the life of a career criminal is hectic and unpredictable.
We have walked the path and crossed the line, we are more than happy to invite others to interview and learn how they can achieve this too. While we may give opportunity and chances to those trying to "make it" these are not signs of weakness and any disrespect both internal and external to the family shall be met with serious consequences.
Family goals:
Embed ourselves within the city, in both the legal and illegal worlds. Operating in both worlds to help us achieve our goal to own a slice of this city.
Secure ownership of a drug lab.
Maintain trade in the black market
Maintain profits from store and Highway robberies.
Rise to high command positions in the various legal organization operating in the city.
Maintain Trade at the beach market.
Recruit more friendly likeminded individuals into the family.
How we plan to achieve these goals:
Our family operates an "any means necessary" approach to growing our reputation and solidifying our position within the city.
We operate in sectors and these sectors have their own responsibilities to cement our families position.
One sector is dedicated to the legal side of things, helping players and providing great reputation within the state and state employment. Here we aim to demonstrate our ability to progress within the laws of the city, clear role models that can help others that wish to follow in these footsteps and pursue all are legal interests.
Our other sector is dedicated to the illegal side of things, protection and family business interests. While the whole family are consulted on family matters only one sector will represent our family here. This sector is being built to be the most fierce and strongest opponent in order to build and protect our business interests and all illegal interest within the city.
Business:
The family will make money illegally from street robbery, store robberies & black market sales and legal income will come from beach market sales, trade with other citizens and from working within the cities legal orgs. We also intend to pursue are interest in various family business.

Organisational structure:
OG - Founding Members
Right Hand - Trusted member that helps the OG's manage the family. Each OG chooses there own Right Hand to help them with there duties.
Shot Caller - Members that have proven they know all the rules of the city, They will be the key players in the family's criminal interests and will be responsible for choosing and managing the Hit Squad and all negotiations during store robberies.
Hit Squad - These will be the main soldiers of the family's criminal interests chosen and manged by the shotcallers.
Street Boss - These are trusted members focused on helping new members, pursuing the family's legal interests and rising threw the ranks in the city's state ORGS. They choose 2 Street capos each to help them in there duties and manage the Street Soldiers and Street Kids.
Street Capo - Chosen by the Street Bosses these trusted members help them with there duties in the family.
Street Soldier - The main Soldiers pursuing the families legal interests in the city that have proven there knowledge of how to succeed in this city and have proven there knowledge of the city's laws.
Street Kid - These members serve the same purpose as the Street Soldiers but have not yet proven there knowledge of how to succeed in this city and knowledge of the city's laws
Affiliate - Starting Rank open to people at the hotel on there arrival to the city also friends of the family that are not members of another family.
