2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have been a part of gangs from a long time since I was 8-9 years old in the city and I have observed that many gangs don't have proper communication with their gang members which leads them to join other organizations. By being the leader I promise to make it the most active gang in the city by doing:-
(i) Proper Communication and active recruitment ( along with best turfers )
I have a deep understanding of the issues related to the gang members and organization problems. I will build strong connections with my gang members, do graffitis, active recruitment and give them regular bonuses so that people joining this organization will be staying in the gang. So that the ratio of joining's is much higher than members leaving.
(ii) Active events
I will make sure to attend maximum number of possible events which a gang can do in order to maintain high activity by gang members and will create a proper structure in the organization so that all of us can experience the immense possible fun. Every event we will follow all the rules and maintain high roleplay in any kind of situations.
(iii) Ghetto Clapping & Robbing
Ghetto clapping is the best stressbuster in the whole city, also it is in a way the best teaching platform of rules and regulations. Endless RP based scenarios can be created since we meet different people in different situations. Which will create a thrilling experience for our gang members.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
As I mentioned earlier that ghetto clapping, robbing and hostage situation which is lightly taken if done properly will result in improving the roleplay level in the organization as a whole since we meet different people in different situations.
[ Lastly, I think that leadership is suitable for me because I love working in gangs, help members, and gain more trust in the organization. I am a good listener, have patience, can make tough decisions on the spot. Will give training to gang members so that they can become good shooters. By creating a proper structure high commands will be able to manage even if I'm not available in the city. I would use my passion to improve the organizations activity.]
