You robbed him, he dropped everything you asked for. You need to slow down when asking for items not just listing of everything in his backpack in the space of 5 seconds you gotta make it realistic.

Also looks like Sinaloa didn’t break any rules here, you were too busy worrying about taking his carbine to listen to their warning or the shooting going on. You also proceeded to still try and rob him whilst a gunfight was going on…
